Most products try to say five things and land none. I find the one idea worth keeping and build everything around it, so people remember it after the tab closes.

Prototype, don't guess.

I design and prototype the hard interactions in Figma while they're still cheap to change. If it doesn't feel right as a prototype, it won't feel right shipped.

Build it for real.

This is where I'm strongest. Production UI in React, Vue, Next or Nuxt, typed end to end, accessible by default, fast on a mid-range phone, with motion that actually holds 60fps.

Sweat the last ten.

The last 10% is the part people actually feel: how it behaves when something breaks, the bug I kill before anyone hits it. I'd rather spend an extra week here than ship something almost right.
